Korean forest bioenergy indicates that modern bioenergy is an essential component of the future low carbon global energy system if global forest ecology change commitments are to be met.

Korean forest bioenergy is an organisation set up in 2004 with the aim of improving cooperation and information exchange between researchers that have professional programmes in bioenergy research, development and deployment.
